Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
