Felicity is an actress from England who gained fame for portraying Jane Hawking, the protagonist of The Theory of Everything. Jones has been an actress since she was twelve, has appeared in numerous TV shows and films. Jones made her debut as an actress with the TV movie The Treasure Seekers. Then in The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters Sisters, a sequel of The Worst Witch. She played Young Ruth in her first movie Flashbacks of a Fool and then went on to star in a variety of films. She gained popularity for her performance in films such as The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Her role for the character of The Theory of Everything earned her an Oscar nod for the first time. Jones in her role as Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic, which is based on the author's life, was well-received both by viewers and critics. Inferno was the Tom Hanks thriller was her subsequent role. Jones was awarded the British Artist of year award in 2016 from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles. The award was given for her extraordinary talent and contribution towards cinema.
